Gift Cards
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Deposit
- A deposit is required for clients who have previously no-showed or for groups of 2 or more people.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Clients with eye infections, styes, contagious conditions, or signs of allergy to lash extension products.
- Clients displaying rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or other clients.
General Guidelines
- No pets are allowed inside the salon (except certified service animals).
- Children under 5 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- We reserve the right to use service photos/videos for social media. If you do not consent, please let us know in advance.
Late Arrival
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled.
Safety & Liability
- La Noir Lashes is not responsible for allergic reactions or lash shedding after your service.
- By signing the Salon Policy prior to your appointment, you agree that La Noir Lashes is not liable for legal claims or disputes related to unintended reactions.
Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days for adjustments.
- No refunds will be issued once a service has been performed.
